MVS Solutions Inc., incorporated in 1987, is a Canadian corporation involved in the development, sales and support of system software, specifically for IBM's z/OS and OS/390 operating systems with JES2. The company is privately held and the principals have been actively involved in its operation from its inception. MVS Solutions Inc. has had consistent growth in revenue and market penetration and is committed to controlled growth ensuring the continuation of product quality.
Our corporate mission is the provision of software solutions for the improvement of batch processing in a JES2 and Workload Manager environment. Our flagship product, ThruPut ManagerŪ, automates batch workload management to allow the data center to better respond to user service level requirements, to improve resource utilization, and to simplify datacenter operations.
With our expertise in the specific niche of JES2 batch enhancement, MVS Solutions Inc. has maintained a consistent track record for supporting new releases of IBM technology prior to its general availability. This has again been the case with our timely support for the latest z/OS, OS/390, Workload Manager and Parallel Sysplex technologies. Our participation in IBM's "Partners in Development" program gives us access to IBM assistance and early releases of the operating system for development and testing.
With the increased complexity of parallel processing, with greater user demands, with continuing focus on system performance and with the commitment to z/Architecture by IBM, there is a continuing need for ThruPut Manager's automated batch solutions.
